Refund Policy
Effective: June 2, 2026
We want every paid transaction on RideVerified.ph to deliver clear value. This Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long processing takes.
1. Free Valuation
The Free Valuation is provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund. If you believe a valuation is materially inaccurate, please email support@rideverified.ph with the valuation ID so we can review the inputs and improve the model.
2. Verified Reports (₱199 – ₱599)
2.1 Full refund — report not delivered
We will issue a 100% refund if any of the following occurs:
- The report fails to generate within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and we cannot complete it within an additional 24 hours after you request a follow-up.
- The data sources required for your tier (e.g., LTO record check) are unavailable for reasons within our control, and we cannot deliver the contracted report scope.
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge).
2.2 Partial refund — documented inaccuracy
We will issue a 50% refund if you can document, with evidence, that data in your delivered report is materially incorrect and the inaccuracy was not disclosed in the report’s own limitations note. Examples: chassis number mismatch we did not flag, encumbrance status reported as clean when it was not.
2.3 No refund — report delivered as specified
Once a report has been viewed or downloaded and the report’s scope and limitations have been delivered as described in the tier you purchased, refunds are not available. The Free Valuation lets you preview the depth of our work before committing to a paid tier.
2.4 Reports flagged with limitations
If a report we deliver explicitly notes that a data source was unavailable or incomplete for reasons outside our control (e.g., LTO system downtime), the report is considered delivered as specified. We may, at our discretion, re-run the affected check at no additional cost when the source becomes available.
3. Partner Subscriptions (₱3,000 / month)
Partner Business subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months. Paid months are not refundable except where required by Philippine consumer law.
4. “Verified & Win” Raffle Entries
Raffle entries (raffle tickets earned per paid transaction during the Pangasinan promo period) are non-refundable once issued, in compliance with the DTI Sales Promotion Permit governing the “Verified & Win” promotion. Refunds of the underlying paid transaction will, where granted, void the associated raffle ticket.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider for a transaction that does not qualify for a refund under this Policy, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us first.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@rideverified.ph with:
- your order ID or PayMongo reference number;
- the registered phone number on the account;
- a brief description of the issue;
- for partial refunds under Section 2.2, supporting evidence (e.g., OR/CR scan, LTO certification).
7. Processing Time
- We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
- Once approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method through PayMongo within 7 business days.
- Settlement timing on the receiving end (bank, GCash, Maya, card issuer) is outside our control and may add 1–5 additional days.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394) or other applicable consumer protection law. If a paid service is materially defective and we are unable to remedy the defect, you remain entitled to a refund regardless of the categories above.
